Code Messenger provides remote access and control capabilities between desktop computers and mobile devices, enabling users to: • Control AI coding assistants remotely • Access terminal sessions • Browse files • Monitor AI task progress

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to: • Use the service for illegal purposes • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems • Interfere with or disrupt the service • Transmit malware or harmful code • Violate the rights of others

Code Messenger and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Proxica, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to: • Pay all applicable fees • Provide accurate billing information • Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Proxica, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Proxica, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
